We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@gulivor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once used.
